Completely false. once its gone, the only way to get it back is to catch up on past due amounts and that only if the creditor lets you do that.

Even if you could get the car back DURING the bankruptcy, it it was worth the banks effort to repo, you will lose the car IN the bankruptcy. The only way to keep the care is to keep the car loan.

repoed before the BK? nope. possibly if it was repoed after, you would have grounds to file suit against the bank
