He made the move. We were at a stop and he leaned in and so we kissed. It wasn't anything big just a pop kiss. BUT he went for it not me. How do I know what he's thinkin.

Stop over-analyzing it. You don't need to pick out your wedding colors or name the kids. It's easy... he likes you and wanted to kiss you. So he did.

To kiss a girl, a guy has to think she's good looking for one or just accepted her. A kiss can mean crush or that he just wants to. Best choice is to ask however I bet you're afraid to lol. If it was short and really quick its a 75% crush. Slow, he wants you. Or if he even made an attempt to make out, then he just wants sex. Most likely crush I bet. Hope that helped.

Sure, he likes you. that is the very least. But why be such an intellectual, dissecting each thought behind each act. Why not enjoy the relationship that clearly lies ahead. Don't for once think too much Give in to what your heart tells you.
