I think the quickest way is to count calories..around 1500 a day is a good number for most women.....and increase exercise....try to do 30 to 60 minutes a day.....it's a good idea to include strength training in addition to cardio, so that the weight you lose will not be muscle mass

Eat 1 apple and 1 tbsp peanut butter and 2 glasses of water four times a day at these times if possible:
9 am
12 pm
3 pm
6pm
Don't cheat! Only cheat on Sunday OR Saturday.
You also need to work out for 30-60 minutes a day.

remember that slow and steady wins the race. the slower you lose weight, the less likely you are to gain it back. make sure you're eating the right amount of calories, drinking enough water, and getting at least 30 minutes of exercise every day.

fast food is salty food if you cut back on the salt in a few weeks youll be able to better taste the natural salts in food and may not crave the junk as much as you used to
