i have just baught a phone off ebay and sent payment to the seller throgh ebay.20 mins later she says payment not recieved and then we realised payment went to her old "non paypal registered" email address,she no longer has acsess to this add and the payment has been sent there.can i cancle payment my end??? what shall i do??its alot of money. You can cancel payments, login to PayPal and find the payment. There should be a way to cancel it, a link right there next to the payment window.
If this doesnt help, email me and I will log into my account and figure it out.

in the experience that your buddy sends the money via mass-charge then your buddy will pay the paypal fee. in any different case for customary charge you wont acquire entire a hundred twenty five dollar in the experience that your buddy sends you a hundred twenty five. paypal will cut back some ingredient from it. which may be 2/3 dollar. no that funds dont get taxed i assume. its a paypal fee.

Just file a chargeback and since she no longer has access to the account she can't answer back to paypal and they will give you back your money. When you file the chargeback just type in there what happened.
