What kind of bites? Is it possible the bites could be from something else (ie mosquito or fleas)?
Most spiders are not interested in biting humans, though there are a few species that actively hunt for their food rather than spinning webs.
I agree with the previous poster who suggested washing your sheets. This will eliminate any possibility of spiders or bugs in your sheets anyway. Turn over your mattress, and clean under your bed too, to make sure there are no nests or anything there.
If you are very concerned, use spider spray on your walls and floors, or set off a bug bomb when you and your family are away from the house.

You have no idea what kind of spider it was? Most don't want to be bothered. They will go into a hidden corner and wait for other little bugs to come along so they can eat them. If you are concerned, then you should tear apart your bed until you find the little spider and kill it.
Apparently it is not terribly harmful if you think that your "bites" are coming from the spider. There could be other reasons for your red, itchy spots.

99.9 % of spiders will NOT bite a human .
Dont burn ur house down !

You need to get your room sprayed for spiders. If you don't you may get bit. Brown recluse spiders cause your skin to rot in the spot where you were bitten and fall off. Some people have very bad reactions to spider bites. I suggest the spray. If you get bit ... you will know it...

While I am not sure what the "bad of your bed" is, I think I have a good solution for you.

Wash your sheets.

And while they are washing, set off a bug bomb in your room.

Cleaning under your bed too will help.
