Matt.3 [17] and lo, a voice from heaven, saying, "This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased."
Matt.11 [27] All things have been delivered to me by my Father; and no one knows the Son except the Father, and no one knows the Father except the Son and any one to whom the Son chooses to reveal him.
Cheers :-)

Others, including God, called Jesus the Son of God. When Jesus was baptized, God called Him His Son.
Jesus often referred to God as His Father. Read: Matt 8: 29; Luke 4: 41; Matt 11:27 and many other passages.

John 5:25 Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall live.
26 For as the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son to have life in himself;
27 And hath given him authority to execute judgment also, because he is the Son of man.
These are key verses to understand that Jesus is both the Son of God, and the son of man. The Jews understood that Jesus was calling himself the son of God:
John 19:7
The Jews answered him, We have a law, and by our law he ought to die, because he made himself the Son of God.
so it's those that choose or are incapable of understanding that deny this. He was God, the Son of God, and the son of man, all at the same time.

MARK 14:61-62
Again the high priest asked him and said to him, "Are you the Messiah, the son of the Blessed One?"
Then Jesus answered, "I am; and 'you will see the Son of Man seated at the right hand of the Power and coming with the clouds of heaven.'"

Here are a few examples- He speaks to his father- implying that he is the son.
When he was in Gethsemene when he was praying:
Matt. 26: 39, 42
39 And he went a little further, and fell on his face, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as thou wilt.
• • •
42 He went away again the second time, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if this cup may not pass away from me, except I drink it, thy will be done.
On the Cross:
Luke 23: 34
34 ¶ Then said Jesus, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do

Luk 22:69 Hereafter shall the Son of man sit on the right hand of the power of God.
Luk 22:70 Then said they all, Art thou then the Son of God? And he said unto them, Ye say that I am.
Jhn 1:18 No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared [him].
Jhn 1:34 And I saw, and bare record that this is the Son of God.
Mat 27:43 He trusted in God; let him deliver him now, if he will have him: for he said, I am the Son of God.
Jhn 9:35 Jesus heard that they had cast him out; and when he had found him, he said unto him, Dost thou believe on the Son of God?
Jhn 10:36 Say ye of him, whom the Father hath sanctified, and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am the Son of God?
