im gonna feel really sick if i dont work out! i had pasta for lunch! blahhhhhhh.
will it make it worse if i work out?

and does anyone know anything that can help with a stiff neck? i seriously cant turn my head to the right.

If your not doing neck crunches, I wouldn't worry too much about it. If working out causes you more pain.....then stop working out, and wait until your neck stops hurting.

You may have slept in a position that allowed your head to be bent upward for a few hours. Pasta for lunch? That's awful heavy for a lunch. I would give it a rest for a day or two. You have a stiff neck for a reason and aggravating it isn't going to make it any better even if you're exercising the rest of your body.

Remember to have your pillow touching the top of your shoulder when sleeping at night, especially when you're laying on your side. This puts your head and neck in a more alined position.

Take a day or two off. If the problem persists, see a doctor.

I speak from experience. I have worked through so many injuries it is not funny.
However, I am paying for that attitude as I grow older.
Your sports injuries will come back to haunt you.
