Try amazon.com. Kids cook books are more common than teen cookbooks, but try "Rachel Ray's 30 Minute Meals For Kids - Cooking Rocks!" cookbook.. it has recipes by age so they have recipes for teens. Also, try "The Sleepover Cookbook"- it has a lot of good recipes if you're entertaining friends.

The book "Where's Mom Now That I Need Her?" is fabulous. Not only does it have great simple recipes, it also has sections about getting good buys at the grocery store, cooking technique, a chart of recipe measurement conversions, and even sections on laundry care, basic car & bike care/repair, and first aid. I was given this by a friend before I went to college and it came in handy many times.
