Whats happening to America. Im tired of all the illegals and Im tired of talking to someone who can barely speak english when I have a question about something American. What the heck is going on? Bring back my America!

lol i know what you mean. alot of places use Indian woman and men from India because it's cheaper, then using American people. wtf!!! our country is all about money. it makes me sick.
my husband is Mexican, born and raised here in America and he hates Mexicans that can't speak English IN AMERICA!!! my husband speaks perfect English. it's ridiculous.

Companies are hiring people from other countries to answer their phones. Why? Those people work for less, and they work harder! If they hired Americans, they would have to pay them at least minimum wage. Minimum wage is like $7 today!

They are not illegals. Most companies have outsourced phone support to other countries. You are literally talking to someone in another country. I'm sure they speak their own language very well. How good is your Mandarin?

It is all about money. American companies hire people overseas and they answer your phone from another country.
Communication is cheap, labour is not.
Think about it.
