I wouldn't worry much about you.An egg a week is almost insignificant. Interesting fact: It's only the yolk (hope i spelled it right) that contains cholesterol. The eggwhite doesn't contain any cholesterol or fat.So this would mean you can eat as many eggwhites as you wish,be it an omelette, boiled, foamed, etc. Be creative

Nope, never heard of that. People eat an egg or two for brreakfast everyday. You may want to skip the yellow part occassionally since that is loaded with cholesterol but also contains loads of protein.

The current prevailing wisdom is that if you are healthy, you can eat up to 7 egg yolks a week without worrying, but you're supposed to figure in eggs that are ingredients in other things you eat. But no, one egg a week is no problem.

No, it is not unhealthy. Don't try to eat too many. Incorporate other foods into your diet for breakfast or whenever you eat them. You can try eating bagels, fruit salad, orange juice, waffles, french toast, etc. instead of the egg if you have a high cholesterol.

not at all- 2 eggs per week is the suggested limit i think but more than that is not hugely bad for you. they contain a lot of protein and some fat, but also a LOT of cholesterol which is why you shouldn't eat too many in one week.

No, the only thing you have to worry about w/ eggs is cholesterol, and I don't think one a week is going over board.

One egg a week should not cause any problems unless you are allergic to eggs.
