The most recent figures I could find were for 2006.

An estimated, 20.9% of all adults (45.1 million people) smoke cigarettes in the United States. That's 1/5. They did not put up my whole post!!!

That would leave approximately 180.4 million people that did not smoke. 4/5eh. I'll send U the site I got this from as well as the 1st page of many that has other information, such as states,
teenagers, & the goal for 2010.

I'm sorry they did not put my complete answer on here. Please refer to sites sorry I had some numbers for U in the smoking too. I think it was 5,,000 deaths.

What people say and what they do are two different mode of action so I would say about half and half but 99% drunks
