No, you're going to have to take a greyhound bus. Or drive. Driving would be easier, but the bus ride to the SUNY college town isn't that bad - about three from NYC.

Try the Short Line bus service. They have daily bus runs that pick up on Chenango Street in Binghamton, and drop off at the Port Authority, and vice versa. I think it's only about $35.
