Because Israel cant do the the same that made in July.. cant send soldiers across the border saying that were kidnapped in israeli territory..
It would be very obvious if they cross the border again.
In spite of that.........israelian planes are violating the air space of Lebanon everydays.

First of all, Israel doesn't have enough monetary resources to fund anybody, let alone dabble in international intrigue, unlike certain other countries with oil revenues (cough*Iran*cough). Also unlike certain other countries (*cough*) Israel cares most about its own citizens, so it won't squander neccessary funds on international politics while leaving its people in poverty. Beyond that I just have to say that it isn't Israel's style. That's a classicaly Western approach, used countless times by countless countries in Europe and the Americas. Despite Israel being mostly Western, I'm glad to say that that's an element that they didn't incorporate. Also, I don't think creating more upheaval in Lebanon is to anyone's benefit. In fact, who knows? Maybe they are.

While Lebanon should do that anyways to get rid of Hezbollah

that is not their goal.

Their goal is the same as any sovereign state. To protect their borders and their citizens from harm.
