Testosterone is a hormone-I'm pretty sure that no food contains it.

There are supplements that will increase the testosterone production in your body. GHB is one-I'm not sure its legal though. Human growth hormone will increase the level of your testosterone.

I know sleeping enough makes your body produce enough of human growth hormone so if you're not sleeping enough that could be a factor.

I also know doctors can prescribe medications and POSSIBLY HGH to help that along. It might be a urologist that would do that.

Good luck. I may be wrong about the foods. It also occurred to me that working out with weights and eating red meat and/or high amounts of protein thus building muscle may in fact increase your testosterone levels.

Hope this helped. Peace,
Dwight
