We are not trying to forget about death. We are trying to remember to live life till it lasts.........Constantly living in fear of death is an insult to the life itself..

First of all because most of the people are afraid of death because 1)they don't know that death is and what will comes after death 2)they like living their lives, and secondly because if people were thinking of death all of the time,they wouldn't be able to live their lives... ;)

Because death is scary. Who wants to think about dying all the time? I always try to keep in mind that the people I love and I are mortal. You know, I try not to say things I don't mean, or blow people off, because it could always be the last time I see them. I try to enjoy every day as much as possible because it might be my last.
I think I am a little more morbid than the average Joe, though.

Because life is short enough as it is. We don't need to waste any time thinking about death, which, once it happens, is going to be FOREVER. You only have about 80-100 years of life on this earth, and there will be millions upon billions of years (to infinity) that you will be dead.

i'm don't. it's gonna happen. why think about it? How are you living your life if you're thinking about your death? that's no way to live.
