I need to get slim for the beach this summer. I'm going with this reallly cute guy and i dont want to look fat. I'm not fat, i just have areas that need work. I need a program, foods, or routine to tighten my butt, upper thighs, and abs. I need to look better in a little over a month. PLEASE ANSWER!!

Hi there,
I am a certified Health Counselor as well as a Fitness instruct er, Now cardio always work...but you more or less just want to tone up, the best moves to do for the problems area's you have ( I have the same ones) is squats...lunges..leg lifts (laying on the floor and standing with restiance bands) and scissor crunches for your abs. I stress on squats and lunges. In just as little as 2-3 weeks if you dedicate your self you will see results. Also work on your shoulders and arms, when your shoulders are toned it helps create your body to look more toned overall. Sounds weird but its true. My buttocks and thighs are the hardest thing to tone myself and when I really work on my shoulders it looks 100% better if my glut es are not in that great of shape. I recently recovered from an injury so I was unable to workout or instruct so i got pretty soft pretty fast, I am just getting back into the routine its been about month and my body looks almost transformed. So just do squats, lunges and scissor crunches...every 2nd day and do a little cardio on opposite days you will see results. I hope this has helped you. GOOD LUCK AND WORK HARD!!

This diet success depends on the fast fat burning as well as the cleansing of your inner body through the food that you will eat.
Beside losing weight, you will get healthier. This diet also intends to cleanse the ‘bad particles’ that is transported by your blood.


Don’t consume:

* Bread
* Alcoholic drinks
* Carbonated drinks
* Any drinks that contains sugar
* Fatty food and fried food


However it is completely okay to consume water, tea and coffee with the condition that you don’t add sugar to your tea or coffee.

The magic menu that will accompany you through this diet is the “FAT BURNER SOUP”.


Ingredients:

* 1 Bombay onion or garlic
* 6 green onion leaves
* 1 big cauliflower
* 6 fresh tomatoes
* 2 pieces of paprika
* Celery
* 1 fillet of salmon (without skin)
* Salt and pepper
* Oregano powder
* Water (adjust the amount to your preferences)

Instructions:

First sprinkle the salmon fillet with salt and pepper, add a sprinkle of oregano. Leave it for a few hours.

Then chop the salmon fillet to a small dice size.

Chop the green onion leaves, garlic, cauliflower, and paprika and tomatoes.

Then put all of the ingredients into the water and boil it. Leave all the ingredients in the boiling water for 10 minutes.

Then lower the fire and keep boiling it until all the ingredients are soft.


This soup will be your main course throughout the week so it’s better if you stock more ingredients just in case your supply runs out.

The soup should also be your choice if you feel hungry.

You should also drink pure water at least 10 glass a day. Don’t drink it all at once but spread it throughout the day.

Water is essential toward your body digestion and it helps clean your blood from bad particles.

After three days you should feel stronger and healthier than before while losing weight at the same time.

Should your digestion system is affected then consume a small portion of oatmeal to help your digestion.

Day 1:

Eat the soup accompanied with watermelon and melon for your main food all day long. Consume a glass of unsweetened cranberry juice before you go to bed.

Day 2:

Stop eating fruit at all! Consume your soup and you are allowed to eat green salad. Make sure the salad contain no dressings, peas and corns.

For dinner you can consume roasted potato or baked potato with butter (don’t ever think to fry it)

Day 3:


Consume the soup, salad and fruit but no potato today.


Day 4:


Eat the soup accompanied with a glass of skimmed milk. Consume 8 pieces of banana to provide your body enough energy. Your body now need carbohydrate and protein also calcium to lessen body need for sugar.


Day 5


Eat your soup again. Today you should consume salad and salmon fish. Make sure the salmon fish don’t exceed 10 ounces.

Day 6


You should consume maximum 10 ounces of meat along with your soup. You need the protein here.


Last Day

Consume 4 table spoons of rice with vegetables. Drink fresh watermelon or melon juice without sugar and eat your soup also today.

go to a trainer it is the best and fastest way to attain your goals, i used to work out every day for two hours a day, and only lost a small amount of weight, and then a got a trainer and i only work out three times a week for one hour a day and have lost 120 pounds in only ten months, and not only that a trainer will work a routine out that targets your problem spots. it's not as expensive as you may think and you'll feel and look the way you want, it's awesome give it a try and good luck!!

Foodwise - do a food journal and be sure to eat at least 1200 calories a day (any less will actually hinder your weight loss).

Exercise - 3 days of cardio (running, etc.), 3 days anaerobic exercise (weight lifting, etc.)

The 10-Minute Solutions DVDs (sold at Walmart, etc.) rocked for me. I do the Pilates and the "Dance Party" - you can do 10-50 minutes and both DVDs have segments to target problem areas. (They're $10 each).

as long as you eat healthy (avoid junk and fast food) and exercise daily, you should see results. Just stay dedicated. There are some foods you can eat that can help you lose weight...some people use chinese tea for a metabolism boost. Check out the site below for more weight loss tips.

I bought the Core Rhythms workout a couple months ago and it is amazing. I lost like 15 pounds in one month and you can definitely tell it's working your thighs and especially your abs. Plus it's fun because it's all dancing. Then i just do squats and lunges for my butt. It's worked out really well.

I said it before and I'll use it again, the watercress diet, and don't think you must only eat cress. It's really good, one of the super foods = apparently Liz Hurley uses it all the time. You also need to exercise try fartlek style walks/runs for the time you are aiming for.

my brother just dropped a few extra pounds by doing 4 simple things... 1). drink about 2-4 liters of water a day. 2), stop all soft drinks including diet. 3). stop eating 2-3 hours before going to bed. 4). stop using butter.

Try "The Firm" workout. You can get it from Target. It's a tough workout but you will see results in 10 days....So just stick with it!


Also cut out all things with "high fructose corn syrup".....that stuff is awful for our figures!

chug 12 8 ounce glasses of ice water a day it has the same effect on your metabolism as green tea
