Why does it seem the only Christian music on the radio is on one or two stations and of those two stations they never play Christian Hip-Hop? I have heard some really good Hip-Hop like on TV for a brief minute and it sounds like something I want to be more familiar with but if it's not on mainstream radio, How might people get to know this music?

Maybe we could start our own Christian Hip-Hop stations. Anyone out there that's savvy like that? Can we mainstream decent music like we do with country or rap or rock?

I say spend your hard earned money and start one up.

I think you will find that the masses aren't calling out for more access to Christian hip hop though, but give it a shot.

It can't be any worse than the factory crap being pumped out of stations now anyway.

Thank goodness for satellite radio, without it I was lost

May not be enough to support it.

Stations, even Christian stations, have silly restrictions on what they play.

MOR stations that are not Christian, for example, will not play keyboard based songs or techno. Not even for Cher!

The stations may have a limited programming philosophy.

I was about to say that Christian hip-hop sucks, but then I realized that the stuff Clearchannel craps out sucks anyway, so I lost my train of thought.

If you have the money to start your own radio station, go for it.
