The doctor found nothing wrong with my eye...but it feels like it is bulging. Seems to be pressure in the eye, but I am kind of young to have glaucoma. There is no pain and my eye looks normal. No headaches either. Could this be eyestrain? It seems to last all day, even after I get off of the computer.

I do know the feeling, as I do get this too. Have your blood blood tested to see how fast it clots A PT/ PTT test. I have hypercoagulation which is the cause of mine There are specialists who can measure the pressure behind the eye, but I do not know of the name offhand

Probably some sort of eye fatigue. Take more breaks from the PC.
Some more tips:
- When working on the PC, don't forget to blink more.
- If you wear contacts, take them off earlier at night to get more oxygen to your eyes.
- Don't rub your eyes, esp. with dirty hands.
- Rub you palms together (to create warmth), then cup them to your closed eyes to give your eyes a sauna break...repeat about 3 times.
- Make water your primary beverage. It's okay to drink a soda or juice once in a while, but don't rely on those for main hydration.
- Beware of allergies...these can cause eyes to feel inflamed (but they are usually accompanied by redness.)
