weight should I lose? I am 5'9+ and I way around 160. maybe a little less. I'm trying to figure out what is the healthy amount of weight for me to lose. I only have 2 weeks and I want to lose a lot by then.

According to your BMI, you're in your normal range for your height and weight (though at the upper end of it). If you want to be healthy about your weight loss than you should only loose 4 pounds (2 a week). Any healthy approach to weight loss is going to take longer then two weeks for you to see any real result. Of course there are the multitude of unhealthy and damaging ways to lose weight....
