I have bone loss and i need the teeth extracted, so the doctor said that i needed partial implants. I'm worried they will not look real.

HELLO,
THE BEST LOOKING ARTIFICIAL TOOTH IS AN IMPLANT TOOTH. THE DOWNSIDE IS THE COST. THE VERY NEXT ALTERNATIVE IS A BRIDGE. THEN A PARTIAL DENTURE.

well I can tell you from recent experience, I'm still going threw it. But I had all my teeth removed and I am having a heck of a time getting the bottom teeth to stay put. Yes my teeth look natural especially the top as for the bottoms had I known I would have so much trouble I would of either kept a few teeth in the back to have a partial and that would give me some stabilty, or when they put me out to pull my teeth If I had known I would of had the screws put in. They snap into place and you don't have to worry about it. But prior to this I had partials upper and lowers infact my 2 front teeth one was on a partial and the other was mine and you could not tell. And if you were going to notice anything it would be there. Good Luck

I hope this helps.
