I've seen different types of studs to wear in a nose piercing (I just got mine pierced a week ago, and no - i'm not changing it yet, just shopping around). I've seen the "bones" and the straight studs and the corkscrews. The one I have now is an L shape. What's the best/easiest kind to get in and out without problems of falling out?

Personally I'd say go for an L stud.
When my nose was first pierced, it was done with a titanium corkscrew stud and it was hard to take out once I decided to change the jewelry. I've also used a bone stud before and they're not good at all. Often your nose will reject piercings more than any other part of the body because it is fast healing (it'll close up in around three hours if there's no jewelry in it) and it will naturally try to get rid of foreign bodies. It'll usually just push a bone stud out because there's nothing to stop it from exiting.
Happy healing c:

I have my nose pierced and the corkscrews stay in the best but they are a pain to take out. I have L-shaped studs and they seem to be okay but they do fall out for some people. Nose bones are probably the best option because they won't fall out and are relatively easy to get in/out. I definitely would not get a fishtail though because many people find they fall out.

I got my nose pierced about a year ago, and I would recommend either a L shape or corkscrew. Corkscrews are almost impossible to just fall out on their own, L shapes are easy to get in and out but could fall out. Never get a bone! I used one and it got stuck in my nose and hurts to get out/put in. And a straight stud will almost always fall out. Hope this helped!

Get a small diamond or diamond-like gem. Avoid pearls--they look like pimples. I can't help with the falling-out problem. I don't have a nose piercing.

get a nose bone. so it stays in your nose... look online and search for nose bones. they have them on hottopic.com and you can look on amazon.com or anyother body jewelry website.. just dont put regular earings in them! my friend did that and it messed up her hole! nose bones are the best!
