well all I can say is that if you really want then go for it's but he if doesn't kiss you back then maybe he is just not ready or he just playing around with you head. Then in that case you should just move on. I mean there more fishes in the water right? Now a day you don't have to wait for guy to make the move girl. It's 2007 we're no the 1800s so make the move and if he doesn't like you then just move on!

If he is flirting that means he is not ready to be serious with anyone. That rush nothing. If you are seeing things you don't like now. Those are your warning. You sound like you are confused yourself. The kiss might not be all that and then you get mad for waiting for nothing.
