For reds, try Gamay Noir as it is one of the lighter red wines available out there. In terms of whites, the only one you would probably not like based on your question is an oaked Chardonnay. Any other white should work fine although based on your previous preference of blush wines, I would try a Riesling or possibly a Sauvignon Blanc.

Lambrusco I guarantee.
lambrusco
[lam-BROOS-koh] An Italian wine that comes in three versions-red, white and rosé. The style best known by Americans is the pale red, semisweet, slightly effervescent Lambrusco. All three variations are made in both semisweet and dry styles, the latter being preferred in Italy. Lambrusco wines are not known for their aging capabilities and should be drunk young.

Theres a German wine called Liebfraumilch that's not overly sweet but has a refreshing taste. Its a white wine and is best served chilled.
