He's insecure. He's young, girl...that's why. He's got this hot older girlfriend and he needs to know if he's matching up to your ex. That's what happens when you date someone younger. If you really want to be with him, then you need to put his mind at ease. If you talk about your ex, stop. If he asks questions, tell him he's silly and that you are with HIM, not your ex. That sort of stuff. Good luck!

He's insecure. And every time you try to reassure him you give him a "fix." The problem is that he'll never stop needing it and you will get really sick of giving it. You'll either leave or say something that hurts him in a moment of frustration just to get him to shut up.
Write him a letter or telling him why you care about him. Or tell him, "They are ex'-s and you're not for a reason."
Tell him how it makes you feel to constantly be asked. (i.e. Not, "You're a jerk always bringing this up." but, "It makes ME feel insecure about us when you always ask." or however it really does make you feel.
Whatever you do, tell him this is the LAST time you're talking about the past. And stick to it.

Totally insecure because he's immature. Hate to say it, but you need to find someone your own age....preferably a little bit older. Men mature slower than women, so even if he "seems" mature, he really isn't as you have begun to notice. Someone who was secure in who he was wouldn't be asking questions like that.

Thats a big age difference...your boyfriend doesn't sound very mature. He is very insecure about himself & your relationship together...You could have a long talk with him & reassure him of your feelings for him...or you could put up with it...or...maybe find yourself someone your own age that is growen up...it's up to you.good Luck
