My sister is sick, and she has a low level of white blood cells, is there something she can eat or drink to stabilize that?

There's no need to. The body regulates that on its own. Your sister needs to rest, follow her doctor's orders, and not worry about having a low white count. Some people just run low, and unless she's tested enough to know what her own normal is, it may not even be a problem.

Laugh a lot. (How easy!) It will immediately increase your immune power. When you are happy your brain will make several hormones, enhance your natural healing power dramatically.

Anything that will boost her immune system will help. She needs to get plenty of rest, vitamin C, and get enough protein in her diet.
