As a long time helicopter crew member I can honestly tell you that I never wore a chute and cannot ever recall seeing one in a military helicopter. The idea of jumping out of a falling helicopter in auto rotation does not sound like something I would want to experience. I like those rotor blades as far away from me as I can keep them. I have been in two hard landings after mechanical failures and I would rather stay on board then cast my fate to the winds.
However we have had people parachute out of our aircraft safely while everything was operating normally. Under the exact right circumstances it would be possible for the pilot to bail out. Just very unlikely.

Ever seen Rambo: First Blood Part II? -- right after Rambo threw off that Soviet "wrestler dude" the pilot saw Rambo pulled out his knife, and decided to jump from the chopper (though he didn't have a parachute)

Ever seen Terminator 2: Judgement Day? Right after the T2000 ran the motorcycle through the glass and landed on the cockpit of the police chopper, he punched a hole in the glass and poured himself through, and told the existing pilot to "get out". The pilot opened the door and jumped. Nope, he wasn't carrying a parachute either.

So there's nothing to prevent one from jumping from a helicopter (preferably hovering). Thus, if you jump from high enough, you COULD use a parachute.

I think there is nothing that prevent to do that,
There is only a single type of helicopter that is equipped with eject-seats, Ka-50, explosive bolts cut the blades and the crew can escape from the cockpit.

Possible, yes. Risky, borderline insane? Also, yes.

Unless the thing shucked a rotor blade or was on fire, there's not much reason to jump out of it, and (as others have pointed out) you could very well be chopped to pieces, snagged, or otherwise have your day ruined by the helo you just jumped out of.

If I had a parachute and the aircraft was on fire, you can bet I'd be jumping!
