Try CCleaner...scan for Issues (this will search the Registry for invalid entries). Make sure to create a backup when it asks you!

Thats hard to answer cause I don't know what or where the errors are??
Windows has it's own system tools but if these and or an antivirus prog doesn't help, you will have to post again with more info.
