Я хочу тебя (Ya hoch tebja) - it is VERY intimately! It will be suit for lovers only. It is something like 'I want to have sex with you'. In other cases (sex is not expect) should say Я хотел бы тебя (спросить, попросить и т.д.) (ja hotel by tebja (sprosit', poprpsit' etc.)) (I should ask (question), I should ask (to do something)).
