Why? Because there is nothing to fear, except fear itself. We fear the unknown and if one has faith in something ... anything then we are assured to be not afraid.

My thoughts: There was nothing there because fear is something that is learned, and by having faith, fear will disappear

Faith is the product of fear....my guess is when faith opened that door it say it's reflection which is nothingness.
