Suppose an incineration facility is to be built near your community. It is proposed that hazardous wastes currently being landfilled at the same location will be disposed of in the new facility. Would you support or oppose the proposal? Give a rationale for your position.

NIMBY - Assuming the facility never violates the law or ever emits a gram of pollution, trucks will have to haul it in. Trucks have accidents, spills occur, junk falls off the back of trucks.

If they use scrubbers on there Charmine's like is required for coal burning it would be ok.
