Canal St all lower manhattan from 23rd street and up they will run you like $25/50 bucks. But if you go to brooklyn DeKalb ave they have vendors that sell the bags from $10-25 bucks so the choice is up to you!!!!

if you go down to china town (by canal street) and just walk around there will be aisian girls asking you if you want purses and you follow them and they take you into a building where there are rooms of purses and watches etc...its great!

Definately china town, i got a Chloe Paddington purse there, it looks so real, people have even stopped me and asked me about it.

Also try fashion ave (6th ave)

Also Fifth Ave, between 42nd and 59th but CHinatown is proably best. Also, 7th avenue between 34th and 40th is Fashion ave, not 6th Ave.

you may want to probable negotiate, threatening police would not help. long island police and the handbag company might want to snort. All you may want to do is make the guy not promote you one. purchase the knock-off, get a great handbag and sense free.

China Town, but look out they normally don't have them out in the open but they will have a catalog of what they might have. and remember you can always bargain with them.
