I know this guy personally, he made me brownies the other day lol. You are a great guy, some girls are just stupid.
Suffering from the " I'm a princess and I can get way more than i'm getting" syndrome. One day she'll hit that blank spot and realize she can't and she pissed off the one good thing she had.

Every woman goes through this phase in her life where she likes the bad boys. They just have a sense of danger about them that makes everything seem exciting. At that time some women just do not appreciate the nice guys even if the bad boys treat them like crap. We all grow out of it and find a nice guy to settle down with.

Women do not know what they want first of all. Women say they want a nice guy, but really they want an asshole. You know how some girls say that want a nice guy, there is a difference between being nice and being too nice. If you notice, girls go after rebellious guys are a turn on for most girls because it means they will have an exciting life. This is where girls make a lot of mistakes because some bad boys are assholes, and end up getting hurt be these guys.
Also girls are selfish. They always want want and want, but never want to give. I know because I am a girl and I have girl friends. Girls want to be treated like princesses, but don't give in return. Girls have too many expectations and they want a bad boy to give it to them.
Sadly, there are bitchy girls out there, but there are also some nice girls out there. Don't lose hope and I'm sorry your girlfriend treated you like crap. She clearly does not deserve you. She missed out.

Some women will never appreciate a nice guy they want someone that treats them like crap then they can complain how the marriage didn't work out. Try going to church most of the singles gals there prefer nice guys, not those in the local bars.

Its past a$$ holes that ruin it for the nice guys, girls need to get over the last one that treated them like crap and not take it out on the next one that comes along!! Cause most good guys pay for the ex's mistakes!! Seriously i always try not to take my ex's mistakes out on future boyfriends, until girls can learn to let go of the past guys mistakes they shouldnt date cause they just keep treating good guys like there the bad ones

I adore nice guys but if you are going to be nice you have to be able to have fun too. Don't let what your ex did to you make you think it was you. It could have been her. There are ruthless people out there. Some advice instead of letting people walk all over you look at it like your in control of yourself and if a chick treats you bad you will let her go. women love strong men that stand their ground.

Some women like the feeling of power they get when they can be nasty to their guy and have him still stick around. My ex was like this, she would actually test to see how horribly she could treat me. sometimes changing from being nice to awful out of nowhere, and only stopping when I walked out on her. Girls like that aren't worth the trouble. Leave the little witches at first sign of them changing and maybe they will learn something and grow up for future relationships. The key is not to take it.

Most people say they don't like drama, but really they can't live without it. It keeps things static, keeps them moving, changing. Nice guys are too constant and reliable for them.
Unless you find a nice girl. That's what I did =). We treat each other well.

because they become predictable and boring. we work out that they will do anything for us so take advantage of it. Especially in the beginning of a relationship it seems, both guys and girls seem to like it when you don't act keen because it keeps them guessing and its mysterious and new and fun.
then i guess once you settle down its not right for either party in the relationship to take advantage of the other and you should both be nice
However i think in order to make a relationship work you HAVE to really love each other the same amount as the other it has to be balanced or as close as it can or the "nice guy" or even nice girl sometimes will end up getting their heart broken.

However there's a point where 'nice' turns to 'doormat' and if you were doing "EVERYTHING IN THE WORLD FOR" her then you may have crossed that line...respect is lost then.
Just because you have an ex that decided you two weren't a good match, why would you assume women in general don't like nice guys?
Nice guys and "bad boys" get broken up with...just as do nice girls and bad girls. It's part of relationships and human interaction.
