that this R&S section of Yahoo answers should be changed to the Athiest vs. Christian beliefs section?

The majority of the questions I see on here are Athiests trying to stump the Christians and the Christians trying to stump the Athiests. I think that these two groups should have their own section, so that the rest of us can talk about something more interesting or serious.

I know what you mean. But I kinda like the tension between the two! It is why i like this section, it is never boring!! The only thing I don't like is when they go on, and on, and on , and on, and on, and on, and on, and on, and on, and on , and on, and on, and on , and on, etc, etc. Like beating a dead horse!! People need to make their point and move ON!!!!!!!

Well most of the Q's I see are not tween Atheists and Christians, but it would probably save time if they listed the various Q's according to whom they were for. For one thing, allot of Q's get asked about my beliefs and the people misspell things, some times on purpose, and then receive answers that in no way correctly answer the question. The main problem with that would be that then, there would be at least one group that was not given a category, whose member(s) would be up in arms for feeling snubbed.

I do think that there should be a moritorium on the number of times the Same question can be asked. I am one of Jehovah's Witnesses and at times do get alittle tired of the question "Why do NO Kingdom Halls have Windows??", being asked. Especially since some do, some don't. There is no mystery to it, but it seems a favorite.

So I guess you're assuming that atheists can't be spiritual. I know how uncomfortable Christians can get when they are asked the difficult questions, but I don't think a change is necessary. Don't read the ones that you don't find interesting.

I like the Atheist vs Christian theme. Sorry, go start your own Answers site.

The format should still be religion and spirituality but as you suggest with perhaps a sub-section for the slugging contest, I have seen relatively few serious seekers today and it is becoming monotonous.

HA HA HA.

Ive yet to be "stumped" by any Christian on this site... I will admit that I have been amazed by their rationalizations and circular logic...but never once stumped. Not even CLOSE.

I just think everyone should get a life and stop insulting each others beliefs. Let everyone believe what they want, it's up to God to reward/ punish the right/wrong people
