i can jump bout 70 time in less than a minute but ppl say dat u'vegot to jump 4 30 min to burn the fat...how is dat possible?my legs are aleady tired after 70 times....

You start to burn fat after about 10mins, just keep doing your best and slowly your endurance will increase.

jump slower. it doesn't have to be a race to see how many times you can jump. focus on how the movement you're doing is affecting your muscles.

it seems like if you jump really fast you would use less muslces than if you do it slower for a longer period of time. it will take practice to get up to 30 minutes at one time.
