Ok so these are my two ideas for my next tattoo and I' having a tough time deciding between them, which do you like more? Or do you think will look nicer?
Both have the same small cross and ring involved, my grandmother gave me them about a year before she passed away, so that is the most important part of the tattoo for me.
1. A heart with the cross and ring looking like they are hanging on a chain (like the bracelet I wear them on), like the chain just starts coming down from each side of the heart and the cross and ring hang in the middle. Then, next to the heart I want two stars, one bigger than the other, because when I was little my g-ma used to always say "i love you so big, as big as the sky"
2. a bluebird flying (one of her favorite birds when they would come into her garden which she loved) and it would be holding the cross and the ring in its beak.

I love your idea with the bluebird. It's much more unique than the first one ~ and very sweet!

I just got a tattoo for my grandmother too, a butterfly.
The Second sounds like that one would be better. It sounds beautiful if you go with a tradtional drawing of a bluebird.

Number one sounds like a better design because of the two stars. The saying seems to represent your grandma's feelings about you whereas the bird only represents her. Go with number one!

the second one....that one sounds like the best. my grandmother loves bluebirds as well and she gave me a bluebird pendant when i was younger that i wore on an anklet when i got married, now it hangs from my rear view mirror in my car.

I think the one on the chain would be swizeet, I have about 6 tats and tome, that one sounds like it could turn out really good.
