First of all don't diet. Take a really good look at what your eating and how your eating it.
Basics: Exercise, lots of water, healthy natural foods. With food don't starve yourself your body will hold on to fat.
With exercise if you can try to build some muscle mass. Pilate's is very good.

There are some good resources on this site.

I have heard that cortisol can impede weight loss. If your under a lot of stress this will raise the cortisol levels. You may want to look at ways to relieve your stress.

If everything I've suggested or the site above is nothing new you may want to check with your doctor and see if there is a medical reason behind it.

Hope this answer helps.
Take care,
Lee

You stated that you have the same routine it is proven that the same routine is ineffitive after about 30 days of that routine if you were to rotate you routine , maybe you will need 5 days of cardio (anuthing that really gets your heart going) for 30 mins. and try weight training the other two days. when weight training it help to train with heavy weights and do many reps until you feel you can not lift much more. it is normal to feel a bit sore the next day you will pass as long as you move anf not relax the whole following day. make sure that you change your cardio it does not do much if you go for a jog every day after work but if you jog, walk and do some lunges on your jog you will train your mucusle in a new way... When exercising change is good!

Looks like something is wrong inside your body. If you eat well and exercise well. What about a detox diet, to get rid of all the toxins inside your body.

I suggest a lemonade diet or master cleanse diet.

I did experience around 10 pounds decrease after 14 days using this diet.

It is also advised for the girls to do this lemonade diet after your period.

The lemonade diet recipe actually consist of ....err.. lemonade (yeah, right!) and herbal laxative tea.

You should drink lemonade instead of water throughout the day. Regard the lemonade as water replacement, so drink the usual 8 - 10 glasses a day. The herbal tea must be drunk in the morning and before you go to bed.

The lemonade diet recipe detail is here:

* 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon.
* 2 tablespoons of grade B Maple Syrup.
* Add cayenne pepper according to your preference
* A glass of pure water.

if diet pills worked there would be no obese people.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself with a little snack once in a while:)

Have you had tests for any thyroid problems?

Also make sure that all food you have is natural and unprocessed and keep an eye on your portion sizes. It's surprising how small the portions we're supposed to have actually are!

Also keep a food diary!!

Good luck XXX
