It seems so obvious, I'm afraid I might be missing the point.

If the barber shaves all those who don't shave themselves, it follows that those who do shave themselves actually shave themselves. Hence, the barber shaves himself.

the answer is in your question. all those who do not shave themselves are shaved by the barber. this implies that those who do shave themselves are capable of shaving. since the barber is obviously capable he can shave himself. or perhaps he lets those who don't shave themselves shave him. how is this a logic question?
