Yes, since it's growing have it looked at by a Doctor.

The “ABCD rule” is an easy guide to the usual signs of melanoma. Be on the lookout and tell your doctor about any spots that match the following description:

A is for ASYMMETRY: One half of a mole or birthmark does not match the other.

B is for BORDER: The edges are irregular, ragged, notched, or blurred.

C is for COLOR The color is not the same all over and may include shades of brown or black, sometimes with patches of red, white, or blue.

D is for DIAMETER: The spot is larger than 6 millimeters across (about ¼ inch — the size of a pencil eraser) or is growing larger.

Have it checked asap. Any changes in a mole need to been seen to by a doctor. Not all moles are the type which turn to skin cancers but it is better to be safe than sorry.
GO TO THE DOCTOR!!!!!!!

If it's changing in size, that means there's something going on. Ask you doctor about having it removed, it's a simple procedure that takes about five minutes; without a hospital stay. If it itches, it needs to come off as soon as possible!

I would definitely have it checked out just to rule out anything bad.

if you get any changes with moles you should let the doctor see it especially if they grow, change colour,go crusty, its best not leaving it than regretting it later, take care.
