I normally have a peanut butter and jelly sandwich with whole wheat bread right before I go to the gym. But, for the last week I've had to leave in the middle of my training because I can't lift any more weights. I have stop eating meat for the last 3 weeks but I've incorporated more chicken into my meals I don't know if it could possible be that. What should one eat for Pre-and Post Workout? Thanks in advance for your answers

You might just be pushing yourself too hard. Are you going every night? Your body probably just needs time to recooperate. Take a day or two off.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself with a little snack once in a while:)

are you in a cutting phase? why did you stop eating meat? what else changed in your diet? are you lifting more volume? more intensity? are you getting enough sleep? all these play a role in how yout training goes. if you are cutting, you may be too restricted on calories, especially carbs, during the last few weeks of a cut, 1/2 your total carbs for the day should be divided between your breakfast, and your post workout meal, the other 1/2 should be divided between your other meals, if you are cutting, try carb cycling throughout the week. i need more infor from you to try to help ya find your problem.
