I normally have a peanut butter and jelly sandwich with whole wheat bread right before I go to the gym. But, for the last week I've had to leave in the middle of my training because I can't lift any more weights. I have stop eating meat for the last 3 weeks but I've incorporated more chicken into my meals I don't know if it could possible be that. What should one eat for Pre-and Post Workout? Thanks in advance for your answers
