What good does it do to have God's forgiveness? Does this mean I can sin during the week, get his forgiveness on Sunday, and I can sin all over again? Sounds like a system that a sinner would make up, huh?

The sense of glee is that judgement does not only mean punishment; it can mean reward also.
An expiration date? Well, this flesh age is for choice. There was a great war before this life we live in now. Satan was defeated, but many of Gods people followed him, and many others didn't even care enough to take sides; they stayed neutral. So God ended that earth age, and brought in this flesh age, so that each person would have an opportunity to make an ultimate choice.
At the appointed time, this age will end and your stance at that point is what you will be accountable for.
For those who didn't have an opportunity in this age to learn truth, Christ ushers in a 1000 year period of teaching and disipline.
Hopefully, many will be taught and still have the opportunity to receive eternal life.
God is fair in all things.
Nobody will go to hell without every possible opportunity to avoid it.
But thats not a second chance; if you already have heard the truth, and blatently decide to war against God, then you've made your choice, period.
God knows the heart, and even though it seems like some are against God, if you were to look into their hearts, you may see that they have a good reason to have rejected the Churches. People who have been lied to and therefore took the wrong path, God will hold the liars responsible, not the person, and they will have an opportunity to be taught.

First off, yes. God's forgiveness comes with an expiration date, like holy yogurt.
Secondly, if the bible makes sense to a Christian then that concept of expiring forgiveness would easily make the bar.
If two of everything fit on a boat and believing the holy paternity of of a 2000 year old Jew will get you into heaven, then God could limit the time frame on his limitless mercy from a 75 year lifetime to the few years an unbaptized 10 year old kid has who gets hit by a car.
And yes, there is a bit of self-righteous glee when some Christians talk about how we're going to hell. Us going to hell is the only thing that would actually prove them right, and since they strive so hard to prove themselves right on this forum (as we do too), us going to hell is like... probably close to orgasmic for some of them... which is immensely sick. It's not like I'll be cheering when an argumentative Christian dies, but then again, he'll never know I was right. I think the only Christians who are looking forward to atheists going to hell are the ones who care the most about what atheists think about them. After all this debate in life, in the end, they want us to KNOW they are right. Some Christians really get off on this concept considering how often their arguments are slammed.
Anyway, that's my theory. And this only applies to the type of Christians who post things like "I hope an atheist gets hit by a car and goes to hell on their way home today." I think the vast majority of Christians really just want atheists to be saved and go to heaven, because, in the end, I think people are inherently good and want good for others.

Yes GOD's forgiveness has an expiry date. The door is now opened but it will close one day.A day is coming when those who choose JESUS will live with him.
Its not too late for u because as u read this u can know the plan of salvation of GOD and can recieve it.
Do u know all the days of your life are based on oxygen availability. If man is dependent on one thing. Why not the bible.
Following him is a personal choice. Its all yours.U have two ways.Either live with him or not to live with. Its your choice.
But if u recieve JESUS u will live with him.If u dont recieve JESUS u will not live with him.JESUS is our way to GOD.
U see the requirement to enter heaven can never be satisfied by us humans. So we need someone who can meet that requirement on behalf of us.JESUS is that requirement.Without JESUS our life's have no meaning.
read John 3:16 .GOD sent his son JESUS so when we believe in JESUS we have eternal life.JESUS lived a sinless life and gave up his life as a sacrifice so we can be sin free. Ask JESUS to come into your heart and forgive ur sins and
cleanse ur past with his blood.
With a simple prayer like above u can be saved.JESUS loves u and wants u to be saved.

I'm a non-denominational bible believer. I accept the bible version of judgment. Rev 20:11 And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them. Rev 20:12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is [the book] of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. Rev 20:13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. Rev 20:14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. Rev 20:15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

I'm a muslim, I'll try to answer according to My faith.
One sign that happens before Judgement day is that for the sun to rise from the west and set in the east, which may be the result of the reversal of earth's polarity, or something, When that day comes, it won't benefit you to believe, because no repention will be accepted after that day.

The expiration date is the one on which Jesus returns. No one, except God the Father, knows for sure which day that will be but we are told to have our affairs in order and to be ready at all times. There is no glee in the loss of even one soul of those who choose to reject God. Each of us has free will to choose to accept or reject Him. The glee, for me, will come on that day when I see Him in the clouds and know in my heart that I made the right choice. I hope you will too.

Yes, God's offer came with expiration date. You have time to decide until you die or until Jesus comes...which ever is first.
Yes, He said what the law is, He freed us from His own wrath by providing the perfect sacrifice for forgiveness of our sins...our part is to receive a free gift. How hard is that?
God does not want to lose anyone of us. He paid the price, the choice is yours. : )

I'm sorry you've dealt with others who haven't been kind. But the day Christ shows up, you will be able to repent if that is your wish. If you passed away, still denouncing God, then it would be to late.
And many Christan's would just like to be proven they're right, as would the atheist, therefore the glee, which is a pride thing, SHAME ON US!!

I see what you mean, but as I have come to understand it, no one is excluded from the mercy of God while alive and no one has the right to condemn another to Hell because of this, however this forgiving mercy will not be available after the person dies because it is then too late.
All of us then will have to face the pure justice of God and give an account of the life we have led.
