I usually cook a roaster chicken in the oven. I get all the inerds out and stuff it with stuffing and baby carrots into the stuffing. Then I butter the outside of the chicken and dump chicken gravy over the top. I set the oven for 400 degrees and cook it for about 1 hour and a half but the amount of time depends on how many pounds the chicken weighs.

In the oven is best, instead of frying it. No grease. And if should cook on 350 for about an hour covered up so it will not dry out. After that you can look at it to determine if its brown enough for you.

Whole chicken roasted in the oven on a rack... 375F for about 80 minutes.

You can take soft butter, mix in some herbs and garlic. Take the mixture and insert under the chicken breast between the skin and breast meat.

The simpliest way is to oil, salt and pepper the skin and let it roast.

Cut up chicken takes less time, about 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Outdoors on a smoker. They're not expensive but a little messy to clean up. Season any way you want.
