well is it a desease or it will go away l realy need help

I assume you mean skin and not sink. A newborn will often have peeling skin, it's kind of like a shedding process. I doubt it is a disease process....just use a mild baby soap to bathe the child and apply baby lotion regularly, it should pass.

There is a disease that sometimes shows up at birth. It's called Ichthyosis. There are many types of this. My son has it and it did not appear until he was 5 or so. The dermatologist was surprised he didn't have any symptoms at birth. She should take her to a dermatologist for proper diagnosis.

Sounds like its just dry skin, and no its not a disease. Just use a moisturising baby wash, and use pleanty of baby lotion/oil....and it should clear up as long as its done regularly.
