I would like to drop some pounds over the summer. Does anyone have any suggestions on keeping me motivated! Every time I try to diet and exercise I drop some weight but then just get bored, and it becomes more tedious than anything.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself with a little snack once in a while:)

no fat is not water , ya a little cut down of water is beneficial but cutting water is done by high professional u don't need that , make a routine a follow it , you have written that u loss weight than why u stop . u need to plan your diet not dieting cut down fat and extra carbos , make your fitness time enjoyable ,listen some music while exercising . Remove your all clothes take look in mirror notice the changes exercise again for a week , take a look again ,it will keep u motivate and achieve ur goal slowly but surely
