A routine, something ur use to doing. Something that u like doing that comes naturally. Some habits r good and some r bad.

Habit can be measured by the number of direct neuron connections you have, which are stimulated by sensation, and transferred into action. By doing something repetitivly or frequently, your brain strengthens these connections until you're able to perform tasks without hesitation or planning. That's why they say, "practice makes pefect":.
