they make the F150-F650 light to super duty trucks then they still make some over the road trucks, you can find these by there name of sterling . there F series trucks come with anything from the messley little V-6 up to the bigger v-10 gas engine. then they made the diesel versions with the 6.0 up to the 7.3 ltr

Ford makes 4 pickup trucks: the Ranger which is a small 1/2 ton truck about the size of an S-10. It either comes with a four cylinder or a small 6 cyl.The second truck they make is the popular F-150. This is a large 1/2 ton truck which comes with a powerful 5.4 V8 Triton engine. The third truck is the F-250. It is a 3/4 ton, and either comes with the 5.4 or the Powerstroke diesel engine. If you are looking at a 2007 truck, it has the 6.0 V8 diesel, but if you are looking at the 2008 model it has a 6.4 dual stage turbo V8 diesel. The fourth truck they make is the F-350. It is a 1 ton truck. It only comes with a diesel engine.

Ford produces the F-150, and the F-Super Duty (F-250 and up)
The produce an Explorer Sport Trac, which is essentially an explorer with the 3rd seat removed and replaced with a short box bed.
They also produce the Ranger which is sold worldwide.
Ford also produces a car with a pickup bed in Australia called the Falcon, similar to the old Ford Ranchero.

Today Ford builds the Ranger, the F-150, and the Super Duty line from 250 to 550. They also offer some medium duty trucks known as the F-650 and F-750. You can call the Explorer Sport Trac a truck if you want to. Ford also offers vans and commercial bodies known as the E series from E-150 through E-450.
Ford sold off it's heavy truck line a few years ago (2002?) to Allison, a former division of GM, who renamed it Sterling. Later they were bought buy Penske who also sold it off and I believe Sterling is now a division of Freightliner.

they have everythang from a small truck up to a huge truck
from 4 wheels to 18 wheels! 4x4, 2wheel drive, diesels, 4 cyls cheap truck ,..expensive trucks, heavy trucks ,light trucks ,even silly little surfer trucks! Big old asz dump trucks, and Trucks for crews, trucks of dablers, and trucks for news, trucks for fun ,and truck for work, trucks that last, trucks that will give you a blast!
