i've tried running, and i do it for a month, then quit. i'm not opposed to excersizing, but i have noooo money to buy any equiptment...like at all. i'm graduating on june 12th, and i want to lose like 10 or 15 lbs by then..if thats not too much to ask. my main problem is food, because my parents are not exactly the healthiest people. can anyone give me tips on how to excersize w/o equiptment, and ho to eat healthy, even when your options are not so healthy.

By your height you would need to lose almost 50 pounds.
When I was at nine grade I started walking and eat less and healthy at that time I was 135 pounds, when I got to 10th I got on 125 and by 11th I was at 115.To lose weight is a process. When I gave birth I was at 165 pounds,I went down to 155 at a year, but then I buyed an stationary bicicle it wasn't so expensive like 60 dollars at Wallmart, and start a diet with slimfast products and also took pills but only get to 140,then I started to eat healthy again (lots of water, veggies and nothing fried if so little portions and do not eat at night) and make 1 hr of exercise.I got to 130.You need to focuse in a true goal like loose 2 pounds a week, you can start walking 1/2 an hour then 1,then walk fast and then run if you like.Perseverance is the clue, eat 3 meals and 3 low calorie snacks, nothing fried,no sugars,if so zero calorie sugars, vegetables and lots of water and a ton of self esteem.Good luck.If you start now you can lost 10 pounds till june 12.

You have to change how you eat. No soda, very little juice and milk, no fast food or things with alot of salt or sugar. You want clean foods, fresh things that you cook yourself, and limit how much you eat. (Except for veggies, you can usually have whatever you want.) Start running again, even if it's just for 15 minutes, and whatever you do, keep moving. Do yard work if you have to, it doesn't have to be repetetive motions in order to work. Take in fewer calories than you burn and you'll be fine. Good luck!

try doing sit ups, stretching exercises, buy a health magazine that has exercises in it then you can do them at home for weights use soup cans the proceed to some bigger ones if you can ... do you have stairs in your home go up & down as fast as you can but start out slowly there are lots of things in the house you can use ..also try power walking instead of running, & of course try to cut back on your eating habits
hang in there & good luck

Your wisest choice is to eat half of everything given to you at a meal, no snacks, drink water instead of even diet soda, etc.

You don't need equipment to lose weight. Just close your mouth
