Because parents don't raise there kids to be anything other then ready to live there own lives, hence kids grow up to fast. Besides social pressures push people into sexual interactions as a way to gain social pride, which is a perversion of its intended role which in alot of ways ends to all the problems that hunt people in their later years. Lets just say because society has screwed up......
