Light teasing, nothing mean. Touch their hair a bit, or find little ways to touch them. Make them laugh. But after a bit of flirting, giving major signs is not so bad. Ask them to a movie or something.

how many girls do you want to flirt with? start with small number as it can be hard to manage.
just be cool, look good, cuz girls care about looks. talk to them about just normal everyday stuff.... maybe ask a couple of them out. ... make others jelous. :D hehe
honestly, I've never flirted with a girl (cuz I'm a girl myself) but flirting comes naturally, if you try too hard it'd seem weird.

Just be yourself as girls are very easy at spotting fakers and people who try too hard. Just relax be a little cheeky at first and be funny. Most importantly is to be yourself.
