Well maybe they should get counseling. How can an imaginary friend kill any one? I hope that you are not referring to God because John 3:16 says, " For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him."
God and Jesus are not imaginary, Jesus came to the earth as a flesh and blood man.
An example that I can give you is: President John F. Kennedy was in Dallas, Texas and was shot and killed. I was alive at this time and witnessed this action. Maybe you didn't see it. Maybe you were not alive at the time. Have you read about it? If you didn't see it, how do you know if it is true or not?
New Testament men saw Jesus. They were eye witnesses. They wrote of what they saw and heard. Because of the time difference of many of the prophesies in the Old Testament, such as Isaiah 53, which was written 600 years before the birth of Jesus and Psalm 22, written by David hundreds of years before Jesus' birth, it makes it easy to believe in Him.

I have no idea how you can say someone has told you their friend will kill you, real or imagined unless its Voodoo. If so then perhaps if you right the wrong the curse can be nutralized? However, curses work especially well on those who claim disbelief because they don't employ any protections. As for institutionalization of the curser, they already are in one and will thrive in any that men build.

Because you can't realize something you think that it must be imaginary. How stupid. Besides, why is something going to kill you? You are already on a path to death. The meaning of Christianity is to keep you from falling into a death that you cannot avoid from the start.
Bobby Jim, is that a '59 Cadillac you got there?

I don't know ANY Christian or anyone of any religion who believes in a Deity would call their God an imaginary friend unless it was sarcasm brought on by a heckler!

Never Alone
By: Barlowgirl
We cannot seperate
You're part of me
And though you're invisible, I'll trust the unseen
I cry out with no reply and I can't see you by my side so...
I'll hold tight to what I KNOW You're here and I'm never alone.

Sad, sad, sad. This type of thing make you feel better? I hope so, it serves no purpose other than feeding some perverted appetite of yours. Most folks grow out of this type of childish thinking in their early teens, so you probably have some time to get over it. Regardless, Jesus loves you and only wants the best for you.

Careful, they all seem to be heavily armed. It is scary to read the history of religious lunatics and the death and destruction they have caused in the States. I blame it on Cell Phone Radiation. ( I like blaming things on cell phones)
Edit: David i likely has two cell phones.
Edit 2 Every thumb down convinces me that my answer is correct!

all the info for the purpose actuality of God is on the theist's part; the atheists do no longer seem to have any actual info for their convictions that are as lots 'faith leaps' as any style of religion and much less logial than maximum theistic arguments

Yes,
but fortunately, my Imaginary Friend has left evidence all around us that He is real, and not imaginary at all.
We should also clarify that Jesus kills no one. He reveals Himself to mankind, there is historical record of Him, His works, power, judgment, grace, and mercy. Basically we have been warned, adn if we choose a path of SELF-destruction, He does not stop us.
