My question is..

How do you know that Jesus was born on exact 25th of December day in history? What evidence do you have about his birth on that particular date in bible?

Is the date even mentioned in bible?

The fact is, the Christmas that we celebrate today is probably copied from pre-Christian Germanic, Roman, and Celtic people who celebrated the winter solstice.

Just show me one verse in bible that says Jesus was born on that date!

Actually big business really made christmas into a holiday with gifts.
Christmas was not as celebrated as it is today.
Easter was the holiday back then for christians.
Christmas did not get really big until big business started marketing gifts at christmas time..after the great depression.
NOW it's 'THE' holiday for christians.

Jesus was most likely not born on December 25th. No one knows the date on which he was born.

Most serious Christians know about the history of Christmas.

Jesus was not born on that date. I am not sure why we celebrate it on 12/25. I don't think it really matters what date it is celebrated on. Easter is the more significant holiday to me. The website I listed has info. on dates in the Bible. It places Christ's birthday in February.

He was not born on Christmas but he was born sometime around Christmas. It's hard to tell the exact date because then they went by the sun and moon and things to determine months and years and all that. So nobody knows the exact date of his birth.

Jesus was not born in December. It is believed that he was actually born in October according to the moon and harvest seasons of that time. December 25 is the day that it is recognized. If you read the 4 gospels where the wise men used the moon as direction to locate Christ at the time of his birth

No one knows the exact date of Jesus birth, they simply have a rough idea of the time of year that's all, vary little is known about Jesus, and we really can only imagine who he was by what was said in the bible, and no one knows for sure how much of it is true, It's simply an ancient story about a man long long ago that was vary wise in my opinion. may God bless.

Jesus was NOT born exactly on the 25th of December. there is no evidence. it's just a day set apart to celebrate the good news of Jesus' birth that led to Him dying on the cross to save us from our sins. then He resurrected.

Everybody knows He wasn't really born on the 25th of December. We don't know when the date really was, so that's just the one we chose to honor His birth.

We don't know, and it does not matter, we know that he was born and we pick a day to honor his birth, that is what is important.

Most Theologians put his birth in the Spring or Summer.

The fact that the date our ancestors picked to Celebrate his birth coincides with the winter solstice, does not mean that the Birth of Jesus was not real, it just means that our ancestors picked that day.

It is not that confusing.

Peace and God Bless!
